Data Deletion Instructions
You can manage or permanently delete your data stored by Confirmo at any time. There are two in-app options and one email option.
Option 1 — Disconnect Instagram (reversible)
- Open the Confirmo app
- Go to the Account tab
- In the Instagram section, tap Disconnect
- Confirm when prompted
This stops syncing your DM conversations and revokes Instagram access. Your existing orders and account data are kept so you can reconnect at any time.
Option 2 — Delete all your data (permanent)
- Open the Confirmo app
- Go to the Account tab
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete My Data
- Tap Delete Everything to confirm
This immediately and permanently deletes everything listed below and closes your account. It cannot be undone.
Option 3 — Submit a deletion request by email
Send an email to legal@confirmoapp.io with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your Instagram username. We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted (Options 2 and 3)
- Your Instagram account credentials and OAuth tokens
- All stored DM conversations and messages
- All extracted order records
- All customer information associated with your account
- Your Confirmo account and settings
