Data Deletion Instructions

You can manage or permanently delete your data stored by Confirmo at any time. There are two in-app options and one email option.

Option 1 — Disconnect Instagram (reversible)

  1. Open the Confirmo app
  2. Go to the Account tab
  3. In the Instagram section, tap Disconnect
  4. Confirm when prompted

This stops syncing your DM conversations and revokes Instagram access. Your existing orders and account data are kept so you can reconnect at any time.

Option 2 — Delete all your data (permanent)

  1. Open the Confirmo app
  2. Go to the Account tab
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete My Data
  4. Tap Delete Everything to confirm

This immediately and permanently deletes everything listed below and closes your account. It cannot be undone.

Option 3 — Submit a deletion request by email

Send an email to legal@confirmoapp.io with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your Instagram username. We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted (Options 2 and 3)

  • Your Instagram account credentials and OAuth tokens
  • All stored DM conversations and messages
  • All extracted order records
  • All customer information associated with your account
  • Your Confirmo account and settings
