Confirmo is an order management tool that connects to your Instagram account via the official Instagram API to help you track and manage orders received through Instagram Direct Messages.

3. Instagram Platform Policy

Your use of Confirmo is subject to Instagram's Platform Policy and Terms of Use. Confirmo accesses your Instagram data solely through official, approved API methods. You are responsible for complying with Instagram's terms when using our Service.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You must have a valid Instagram business or creator account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• You may not resell or redistribute access to the Service

5. Data Usage

We access your Instagram DM data in read-only mode solely to detect and structure orders. We do not post, follow, or take any action on your behalf. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how data is handled.

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Confirmo is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of business data or revenue.
