1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Confirmo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Confirmo is an order management tool that connects to your Instagram Business or Creator account via the official Instagram API to help you detect, track, and manage orders received through Instagram Direct Messages. Confirmo uses artificial intelligence (AI) to analyze DM conversations and extract structured order information.

3. Instagram and Meta Platform Compliance

Your use of Confirmo is subject to Meta Platform Terms, Meta Developer Policies, and Instagram's Terms of Use. Confirmo accesses your Instagram data solely through official, approved API methods. We request only the minimum permissions necessary to operate the service. You are responsible for complying with Instagram's terms when using our Service.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You must have a valid Instagram Business or Creator account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• You may not resell or redistribute access to the Service
• You are responsible for the accuracy of order data you confirm

5. Data Usage and AI Processing

We access your Instagram DM data in read-only mode solely to detect and structure orders. We do not post, follow, like, or take any actions on your behalf on Instagram. Your DM conversations are processed by AI systems (Anthropic Claude and OpenAI) to extract order information. 6. Intellectual Property

The Confirmo service, its design, and underlying technology are owned by Confirmo Software. You retain ownership of your data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for providing the Service.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any interruption caused by Meta/Instagram API changes or outages.

8. Limitation of Liability

Confirmo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of business data, revenue, missed orders, or inaccurate AI-generated order details. You acknowledge that AI-extracted order information should be verified before fulfillment.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your data from the Account settings or by emailing legal@confirmoapp.io. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms or Meta Platform Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Albania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Tirana, Albania. If you are located in the EU/EEA, this does not affect your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
