Yes. Confirmo connects to Instagram via the official Meta API, which only allows access to Instagram Business and Creator accounts.
A personal account cannot be connected. To upgrade, go to your Instagram profile settings → "Account type and tools" → "Switch to professional account". It takes under two minutes and is free.
